Our Story

Founded in 2014 as Save More Kids, the Panta Pride Foundation was created by Quanuquanei A. Karmue and his wife, Wendy, to support children who lost their parents during the Liberian Civil War. Working alongside the Christ Children’s Home, founded by Ma Neyor Karmue and Fungbeh Karmue, the organization focused on nurturing, mentoring, and educating vulnerable children while laying the foundation for long-term community development.

As the children grew, so did the organization’s vision. Today, Panta Pride Foundation is focused on addressing Liberia’s most pressing challenges—especially food insecurity—through sustainable, community-driven development. We are building the infrastructure, economic opportunities, and thriving communities that make it possible for Liberia’s brightest minds to return home, raise their families, build careers, and help lead the nation’s next chapter of growth and prosperity.

Panta Pride Foundation was born from a promise to transform pain into purpose—and to help build a Liberia worth returning to.

WITNESS tells the true story of founder Quanuquanei “Q” Karmue, whose childhood was shattered by the Liberian Civil War, forcing him and his siblings to endure violence, displacement, hunger, and constant uncertainty. Guided by the resilience and determination of their mother, Neyor, they survived the war—an experience that inspired a lifelong commitment to helping rebuild Liberia’s future.
